Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide 30 days notice of any price changes.
Taxes: You are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.
5. Subscription Terms
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Downgrade: If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the next billing cycle.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmitting harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other systems
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
- Using the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
7. Data and Privacy

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mystartups operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
